Job Requirements
- No prior experience or training required
- Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in Twin Peaks Girl training
- Must complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program prior to working a shift without supervision
- Must attend and complete other required training in compliance with local and state regulations such as food and/or alcohol service certifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
- Ability to handle exposure to kitchen fumes, wet and/or humid conditions, loud noise, and smoke as applicable during work shift
Job Qualifications
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Must be able to read and understand the menu, write and ring in tickets, and operate a computerized register system
- Must be able to suggestively sell menu items
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in order to entertain
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
- Ability to mathematically compute proper change and accurately settle checks
Job Duties
- Adhering to all image and costume guidelines
- Interaction with and entertainment of guests
- Promotion of events and specials that promote the good will and profitability of the business
- Best-in-class service and hospitality including greeting guests, executing food and drink orders, suggestive selling, ringing in the order, delivering food and drinks to the table, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling the check properly
- Complying with Twin Peaks Girl training and attending all required training
- Observing and maintaining required safety and cleanliness standards
- Performing any other duties or responsibilities that management may deem necessary
