Job Requirements
- Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks HOH training
- Must attend and successfully complete the HOH training program prior to working a shift without supervision
- Must successfully attend and complete any and all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations such as food and/or alcohol service certifications
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
- Physical ability to perform essential functions of the job including standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 15 pounds
- Must maintain uniform standards including clean hat, hair kept underneath hat, trimmed fingernails, no visible jewelry, clean non-faded/wrinkled shirt, and belt
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bar back
- Ability to communicate in English
- Basic understanding of cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills to navigate training modules
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, and lifting up to 15 pounds
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
- Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including restocking the bar, cleaning the bar, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables
