The Turnkey Solutions Manager plays a crucial role within The Freeman Company by ensuring a seamless and comprehensive planning and service experience for clients. This position involves leading or supporting the execution of the turnkey program as part of the broader event operations. The manager works closely with clients to deliver end-to-end turnkey solutions, offering expert support, consultation, and high-level logistics coordination to align with clients' goals and budgets. The role requires managing complex turnkey projects, serving as the main liaison for exhibitor graphic assets, upgrades, and package oversight, and maintaining close communication with diverse stakeholders including exhibitors, show organizers, and internal production teams.
The Turnkey Solutions Manager supports the Growth (Sales) team and operates on a hybrid work schedule, typically requiring in-office or event site presence 2-3 days per week. The role is flexible in terms of location, with ideal candidates based in Dallas, TX; Orlando, FL; Atlanta, GA; New Orleans, LA; Las Vegas, NV; or Nashville, TN. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills, customer service excellence, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position also involves budget management for turnkey areas, invoicing responsibilities, post-event evaluation, and onsite event oversight to ensure that all turnkey exhibits meet client expectations and industry standards.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience required
- 3+ years of experience in account management or project management within the tradeshow or hospitality industry
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service with strong organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple internal and external systems
- Proven capability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Consults with show organizer teams on package options and assist with package slick creation for exhibitor manuals and websites
- Ability to lead and manage turnkey team on complex events
- Single point of contact for customer graphic asset collection, structural upgrades and oversight of sold packages
- Works with exhibitors directly to provide consultation on available graphic areas for purchase and or production
- Establish meeting cadence with show organizer team to provide regular updates
- Liaison between exhibitors and Graphic Production and Operations
- Submit orders for 3rd party vendors included in packages
- High proficiency in writing tickets in Passport and TSS
- Create and maintain Airtable to track status of project
- Budget management for turnkey areas as assigned
- Main point of contact for on-site management of turnkey exhibits
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and internal departments
- Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to be sent to exhibitors
- Participate in post-show debrief and provide feedback
- Other duties as assigned
