This particular role, known as the Evening Turndown Attendant, is an integral part of the guest experience at Four Seasons Hotel Denver. It is a part-time position with defined evening hours from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM. The hourly rate for this role is $20.65, reflecting the company's respect for skilled hospitality professionals.   • previous housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred
  • ability to work scheduled evening hours 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Job Duties

  • Clean and refresh a set number of occupied guest rooms during evening shift
  • remove used towels and replace with clean ones
  • wipe down wet surfaces in bathrooms
  • fold and neatly place guest clothing
  • remove room service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings
  • close drapes and reduce lighting to create a restful ambiance
  • turn on soft music and prepare beds for guest comfort
  • restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens
  • prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown service for arriving guests
  • perform full room attendant duties in occupied and late check-out rooms when needed
  • comply with Four Seasons' conduct and work rules
  • work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors
  • assist in lobby, desk, and housekeeping duties during absence or high volume
