The company emphasizes a culture of collaboration, integrity, and dedication to its mission and values, reflecting these in every aspect of its operations and in how it engages with both employees and guests.
The Turndown Attendant Housekeeping position at San Manuel offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality services. Under the direction of the Supervisor of Housekeeping, the Turndown Attendant is entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring each guestroom is meticulously cleaned, maintained, and prepared for guests' comfort and relaxation. This role involves providing turndown service in the evenings and maintaining the guestroom ambiance to create a welcoming and restful environment. The position demands adherence to rigorous cleanliness and maintenance standards, ensuring every detail contributes to a flawless guest experience.
This role also requires the attendant to work closely with other team members and departments to support the broader goals of the organization, championing the tribe’s vision, mission, and core values. Additional responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections of guestrooms, following safety and health guidelines including OSHA regulations regarding chemical usage, and responsibly managing hotel supplies and amenities. The Turndown Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards that San Manuel upholds, making sure that every aspect of the guestroom—from linens and robes to coffee pods and condiments—is perfectly stocked and immaculate.
Moreover, this position requires excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The company values professionalism, discretion, and a personable attitude in its employees to ensure that guest requests and preferences are handled with the utmost respect. Scheduling flexibility is essential for this role, as it requires availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed. Although this position does not require driving responsibilities or a driver’s license, it does demand physical stamina and the ability to carry out tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. San Manuel provides thorough training and upholds a supportive work environment to empower its Housekeeping team members, making this an ideal role for individuals committed to maintaining excellence in hospitality.
