The Turn Down Attendant role at Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, presents an exciting opportunity to join the esteemed Housekeeping Team. This full-time position involves providing guests with a serene and polished evening experience by cleaning, refreshing, and preparing guest rooms in the early evening. A Turn Down Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the luxurious ambiance that guests expect from a Four Seasons property. Responsibilities include cleaning assigned rooms, inspecting rooms for cleanliness and missing items, replenishing amenities, and setting the atmosphere for restful sleep by adjusting lighting, closing drapes, and softly playing music.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or turndown attendant experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly

Job Duties
- Clean guestrooms as assigned by management and in accordance with hotel standards
- Inspect all rooms (vacant or occupied) checking standard of cleanliness, missing guest amenities and/or supplies
- Has a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift
- Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet
- Wipes down any wet services in the bathroom
- Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot
- Removes Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings
- Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed
- Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens
- Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests
- Is proficient in the safe handling of all relevant equipment and machinery, reports defects and accidents to management immediately
- Responsible for reporting to the manager the rooms which do not require service or which have Privacy signs in assigned area
- To carry out any other cleaning duties as specified by your manager
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and hotel employees
