This luxury hotel features 286 exquisitely appointed guest rooms and suites, two celebrated dining establishments known as Ciclo and Live Oak, a luxurious spa, and over 17,000 square feet of event space. We are currently seeking a Turndown Attendant to join our dynamic Rooms Team at Four Seasons Hotel Austin. This role is crucial to providing the best in-room experience for our guests. The Turndown Attendant goes beyond basic housekeeping duties. With an eye for detail, this individual ensures every guest room is immaculate, comfortable, and truly welcoming. The role requires anticipating and customizing guest needs before being asked, offering a personalized experience that reflects the luxury ethos of Four Seasons. Responsibilities include delivering nightly turndown service, replenishing room amenities, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.

Job Requirements

  • Work authorization in the United States
  • One to two years’ experience in housekeeping or laundry preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with team members
