The Full-Time Turndown Attendant position at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is an exceptional opportunity to join their prestigious Housekeeping team. This role is vital to ensuring that guest rooms are prepared flawlessly for evening comfort, embracing the luxury standards that define the Four Seasons experience. The Turndown Attendant is responsible for creating a relaxing and welcoming environment by paying close attention to detail and anticipating guest needs. This role is well-suited for motivated individuals who are passionate about service and excellence and who enjoy working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Working evening shifts, including weekends and holidays, the turret attendant plays a critical role in enhancing the guest experience during their stay by ensuring each room is perfectly arranged and personalized to the highest standard of comfort and hospitality.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel environment preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months of related experience is an asset
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel environment preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months of related experience is an asset

Job Duties

  • Service a designated number of occupied rooms during evening shifts, preparing them for turndown
  • Replace used towels, refresh bathrooms, and ensure all surfaces are clean and presentable
  • Prepare beds for evening comfort, adjust lighting, close drapes, and create a relaxing room ambiance
  • Carefully handle and organize guest belongings, such as folding clothing when appropriate
  • Remove room service trays, dishes, and carts from guest areas
  • Restock guest amenities including toiletries and in-room supplies
  • Prepare unoccupied rooms for arriving guests as needed
  • Perform full Room Attendant duties when required, including late check-out rooms
  • Maintain housekeeping carts and linen closets stocked and organized
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate preferences to management
  • Support other housekeeping functions during high volume periods
  • Follow all safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures
