The current opportunity is for a full-time, non-management Housekeeping team member position with a competitive hourly pay range of $29.90 to $39.87. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you play a vital role in shaping the guest experience by ensuring that every room reflects the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. This position involves maintaining immaculate guest rooms through thorough cleaning activities, linen replacement, and organization of the room's furnishings and amenities. Your work helps to create a first impression that leaves guests with a feeling of relief and satisfaction, knowing their accommodation is spotless and inviting.
In this role, you will be responsible for replacing guest amenities and room supplies, making beds with crisp linens, folding sheets meticulously, emptying waste bins, and removing soiled linens and service items. You will also contribute by organizing desks, furniture, and appliances, dusting, polishing, and erasing marks from walls and furnishings, as well as vacuuming carpets and performing floor cleaning tasks. Greeting guests warmly and responding promptly to their requests are essential elements of this position, emphasizing a guest-centric approach and a teamwork spirit.
Physical demands of the job include the ability to move and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds (10 kilograms), remaining on your feet or walking for extended periods, and maintaining a professional appearance by wearing a neat uniform. Completion of safety training and certification is required prior to starting employment to ensure adherence to workplace safety standards.
