This role is for a full-time Housekeeping position within The Ritz-Carlton, which is non-management and integral to maintaining the high standards set by the organization. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in delivering the renowned "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton, which emphasizes service excellence and guest satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean, fully stocked with supplies, and prepared to meet the expectations of luxury hospitality.

Duties include promptly responding to guest and departmental requests, replenishing supplies, cleaning guest rooms according to established procedures, replacing dirty linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring that all in-room appliances are operational. You will also be expected to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of furniture, walls, and carpets through dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and general maintenance tasks. Physical stamina is important as the job requires moving, lifting, and operating cleaning equipment over various surfaces throughout the work shift.

This position demands adherence to company safety and security policies, completion of relevant safety training, and effective communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
