The Turndown Attendant role at Four Seasons Scottsdale is a vital part of the housekeeping team responsible for ensuring guest rooms are clean, refreshed, and ready for guests to rest peacefully. This position involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness, attention to detail, and upholding the luxury brand's signature level of quality and hospitality. The successful candidate will be passionate about service, have a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate integrity while performing duties that include cleaning guest rooms, restocking amenities, managing linens, and preparing the ambiance for overnight stays.
This full-time role follows a schedule from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM with flexibility needed to cover early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when required. Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S. and bring at least one year of prior experience in a related housekeeping role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. Fluency in English and the ability to safely handle cleaning equipment are also essential. Job Duties
- Cleans guestrooms as assigned by management and in accordance with hotel standards
- Inspects all rooms (vacant or occupied), checking the standard of cleanliness, missing guest amenities and/or supplies
- Is given a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift
- Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet
- Wipes down any wet services in the bathroom
- Folds any clothing left in the room and places it in an appropriate spot
- Removes Room Service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings
- Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed
- Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens
- Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests
- Is proficient in the safe handling of all relevant equipment and machinery, reports defects and accidents to management immediately
- Responsible for reporting to the manager the rooms which do not require service, or which have Privacy signs in assigned area
- To carry out any other cleaning duties as specified by your manager
