The role of Room Attendant involves maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, ensuring each space meets the high standards of Four Seasons. This includes cleaning a set number of occupied rooms per shift, replenishing linens and amenities, tidying personal items, and preparing rooms for turndown service. The role also encompasses removing used trays and dishes from room service, managing lighting and ambiance, and assisting with duties in lobby, desk, and house attendant areas when necessary. This part-time role, with PM shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, offers an hourly wage of $30.42 and emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a courteous attitude.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods

  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • clean a set number of occupied rooms during a shift
  • remove used towels and replace with clean ones
  • wipe down wet surfaces in bathrooms
  • fold clothing left in room and place appropriately
  • remove room service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings
  • close drapes, reduce lighting, turn on soft music, and prepare beds
  • restock used amenities like shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens
  • prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown service for arriving guests
  • perform full room attendant duties in occupied and late check-out rooms when needed
  • assist with duties in lobby attendant, desk attendant, and house attendant areas during absence or high volume
