Job Duties
- service a set number of occupied rooms during a shift
- remove used towels and replace them with clean ones from the Linen Closet
- wipe down any wet surfaces in the bathroom
- fold any clothing left in the room and place it appropriately
- remove room service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings
- close drapes, reduce lighting, turn music on softly, and prepare bed
- restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens
- prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests
- perform full room attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed
