Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work all shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed accuracy, and follow through
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English
  • Ability to exert physical effort consistent with cleaning assigned rooms per hotel standards
  • Ability to grasp, bend, and stoop
  • push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 30 lbs
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is strongly preferred
  • Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 8 hours a day

Job Qualifications

  • Valid work authorization for the United States
  • Previous housekeeping experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to communicate satisfactorily in English
  • Ability to perform duties with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to grasp, bend, stoop, and push or pull heavy loads up to 30 pounds

Job Duties

  • Clean and refresh a set number of occupied guest rooms
  • Remove used towels and replace with clean ones
  • Wipe down wet surfaces in the bathroom
  • Fold and organize any clothing left in rooms
  • Remove room service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings
  • Close drapes, reduce lighting, turn on soft music, and prepare beds
  • Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens
  • Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown service for arriving guests
  • Perform full room attendant duties in occupied and late check-out rooms when needed
  • Comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
