Job Requirements
- Must be able to work all shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed accuracy, and follow through
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English
- Ability to exert physical effort consistent with cleaning assigned rooms per hotel standards
- Ability to grasp, bend, and stoop
- push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 30 lbs
- Previous experience in housekeeping is strongly preferred
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 8 hours a day

- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to grasp, bend, stoop, and push or pull heavy loads up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Clean and refresh a set number of occupied guest rooms
- Remove used towels and replace with clean ones
- Wipe down wet surfaces in the bathroom
- Fold and organize any clothing left in rooms
- Remove room service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings
- Close drapes, reduce lighting, turn on soft music, and prepare beds
- Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens
- Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown service for arriving guests
- Perform full room attendant duties in occupied and late check-out rooms when needed
- Comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
