Job Duties
- Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the linen closet
- turns down bed and changes linen if necessary
- wipes down any wet surfaces in the bathroom
- folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot
- removes trash and fills ice bucket with ice
- restocks used amenities such as shampoo, soap, cotton balls, stationery and pens
- prepares vacant rooms for turndown for arriving guests
- performs full cleaning of a guest room when needed
- assists House Attendant with responsibilities and duties when there is a high volume of calls including to assist making rollaway beds
