The role of Guest Environment Expert at The Ritz-Carlton is far more than traditional housekeeping. It is an essential position that combines a variety of housekeeping tasks with the responsibility of maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every area of the hotel contributes to a great guest experience. This dynamic role includes delivering guest requests promptly, stocking housekeeping carts with necessary supplies, cleaning guest rooms and public spaces impeccably, and performing any other necessary duties to uphold the luxurious environment synonymous with The Ritz-Carlton brand. The position requires individuals who are proactive, hands-on, and adept at moving efficiently throughout their space to accomplish their tasks.
