- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work full time including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to perform required duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- willingness to follow company policies and safety standards
- maintain professional appearance and communication

Job Duties
- clean guest rooms and public spaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
- stock and organize housekeeping carts
- ensure all guest areas comply with safety and health regulations
- follow established procedures and company policies
- maintain confidentiality and uphold the Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards
- assist with other reasonable duties as assigned
