This position is a full-time, non-management role within the Housekeeping and Laundry department, dedicated to maintaining the pristine appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. As a Guest Environment Expert at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of creating a memorable and unique environment for every guest. The role involves a hands-on approach in a variety of housekeeping functions such as delivering guest requests, stocking housekeeping carts, cleaning guest rooms, and maintaining public spaces. The essence of the role extends beyond just cleaning; it is about contributing to an exceptional guest experience by ensuring that every space in the hotel reflects the high standards synonymous with The Ritz-Carlton.

Guest Environment Experts are empowered to move freely within their assigned spaces and take initiative in completing necessary tasks efficiently and thoughtfully. Responsibilities include physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
