This full-time, non-management position focused on housekeeping and laundry functions is instrumental in maintaining the impeccable appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. The role goes beyond basic housekeeping duties; it is about creating a guest experience that is memorable and unique by attending to numerous responsibilities such as cleaning guest rooms, stocking necessary supplies, attending to public spaces, and responding promptly to guest requests. The Guest Environment Expert is empowered to take initiative and move freely within the space to ensure all areas meet the brand’s high standards.

Physical stamina and a hands-on approach are essential for success in this role, as associates will be on their feet for extended periods and performing physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
