This exclusive opportunity is for a Turkish-speaking Housekeeper to join the private staff of an Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) Principal's newly established private residence located in Miami, Florida. The position is full-time and permanent, offering a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $90,000 gross per annum, dependent on experience. Job Requirements
- Legally authorised to work in the United States
- Experience in UHNW or HNW private residences, luxury hotels, yachts, or villas
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Excellent housekeeping and laundry skills
- Service-capable in food and drinks
- Comfortable with small pets
- Flexibility with working hours

- Strong laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care skills
- Service-capable with drinks and light food service
- Comfortable with pets and flexible with hours
Job Duties
- Maintain the residence to immaculate private household standards through daily cleaning, regular deep cleans, and seasonal projects
- Care for fine surfaces, delicate materials, artwork, and luxury finishes
- Manage laundry, ironing, steaming, and linen care to a high standard
- Support wardrobe organisation, seasonal rotation, packing, and unpacking
- Liaise with dry cleaners where needed
- Serve drinks, refreshments, and light food when the Principal or guests are in residence
- Assist with guest arrivals and turn-down
- Run errands, receive deliveries, help care for the resident small dog
