Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to frequently bend, kneel, and lift between 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to use headsets and various restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, and slicers
- Ability to arrive to work promptly and maintain regular attendance
- Ability to follow direction and work well with others
- Capacity to multitask and complete duties within established timeframes
- Ability to maintain concentration and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and comply with company policies and procedures
- Ability to adapt to changes and fulfill additional assignments
- Completion of required training programs
- Willingness to work in environments with noise, heat, or cold exposure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or fast-food environment is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome
- Take and process customer orders accurately using a headset or register
- Prepare and serve menu items following company quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Restock supplies and inventory as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines
