In this role, the Bag Cook is expected to manage multiple responsibilities, including checking the viscosity of soups, sanitizing equipment, maintaining production schedules, completing necessary quality and inspection paperwork, and contributing to overall plant safety and cleanliness standards. Adherence to food safety policies and operational procedures is strictly enforced to uphold the company's commitment to quality and regulatory compliance.

Kraft Heinz offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, health reimbursement or savings accounts, employee assistance programs, pet insurance, and more. The position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $24.52, with paid time off starting immediately upon hire and participation in a field operations incentive bonus plan. The company invests in the wellbeing of its employees by providing resources and programs supporting physical, social, emotional, and financial health.
