The Data Analyst Senior role at GDIT is pivotal in transforming vast amounts of data into actionable insights that help clients overcome complex big-data challenges. This position involves developing and delivering sophisticated customer dashboards, performing deep dive analytics, and creating innovative data solutions that meet mission-critical requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with federal agency clients, supporting their efforts to manage risk and provide essential reporting through tools like Tableau, Azure, AWS, and Azure DevOps.

As a Data Analyst Senior, you will take ownership of key analytics projects and lead a small team of data analysts to drive development initiatives. This includes conducting market research to identify industry best practices, creating and refining reports and dashboards, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with developers, analysts, and engineers to prioritize and deliver agile sprint releases. The role demands a strong understanding of business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel, alongside expertise in SQL, Python, and Databricks.
