The company emphasizes creating great experiences in great places and is committed to fostering career growth and development for its employees through mentorship and training programs.
Delaware North is currently hiring seasonal Food Runners for its Target Field location. This role involves expediting food from the kitchen to guests efficiently to ensure a seamless dining experience. As a Food Runner, you play a crucial role in the operational flow by collaborating closely with chefs, kitchen staff, and servers. Responsibilities include assisting with the assembly of dishes, performing table-side service that may involve taking and delivering orders, and explaining menu items to guests. The work schedule is flexible, including the possibility of shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions, as well as the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and navigate around tables and corners efficiently.
Delaware North offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the personal and professional wellbeing of its team members. Benefits include weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Eligible employees can also access health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, an employee assistance program, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.
