The role available at FOX Factory is a Paint Technician position responsible for preparing and spraying surfaces with primers and finish coatings in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive painting, particularly with trucks and related vehicle parts, and should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. This is a full-time manufacturing role where the technician will perform a variety of duties including mixing paints to match specified colors, painting whole trucks according to schedule and order forms, preparing vehicle surfaces, assisting in the repair and refinishing of painted vehicle components, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. The technician will use paint application systems such as paint booths and spray guns, handle hazardous waste properly, document production and quality procedures, and contribute actively to daily shop organization tasks.
