Job Description

As an Owner Operator CDL-A with JTS Logistics Inc., you will have the opportunity to operate under the company’s authority with cargo liability coverage provided, ensuring a secure and compliant business operation. The role involves hauling dry van freight primarily across the Midwest, South, Southeast, and Northeast regions, offering consistent miles and routes that promote business stability and growth. You will benefit from no-touch freight assignments, meaning no loading or unloading duties, and no forced dispatch, providing greater flexibility and control over your schedule.

In addition to the financial incentives, JTS Logistics Inc. supports its owner-operators with dedicated 24/7 dispatch and maintenance teams to help resolve any issues that may arise on the road. To facilitate business operations, the company provides new 2026 dry van rentals, ELD (electronic logging devices), IFTA fuel cards, IRP plates, and offers full safety and compliance support to meet federal and state regulations. These resources are designed to minimize administrative burdens and maximize your driving time and revenue potential.

The company also recognizes hard work and loyalty with various bonus opportunities, including a $1,000 longevity bonus, a $1,000 retention bonus, and clean DOT inspection bonuses ranging from $200 to $500. These rewards further enhance your income potential and demonstrate JTS Logistics Inc.’s commitment to driver satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

In this owner-operator role, you will have the freedom to manage your freight business while enjoying the benefits of operating within a supportive and well-established logistics network. Whether you’re an experienced driver or looking to expand your fleet's opportunities, joining JTS Logistics Inc. provides the tools and support you need to succeed in a competitive trucking industry.
