This opportunity is for full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers based in Minooka, Illinois, working under Penske Logistics LLC. This role offers a competitive annual salary averaging $81,420, with a dedicated local route that allows you to be home daily. Drivers operate late model, Penske-maintained trucks equipped with state-of-the-art safety and comfort features, including inward and outward facing in-cab cameras designed to ensure driver and public safety. The position follows a 5-day schedule, Monday through Friday, with an average of 50 hours per week and a dispatch time of 8 pm. This role involves performing multi-stop deliveries primarily to automotive dealerships, handling an average of 45 stops per week.

As a Class A CDL Truck Driver at Penske, your daily responsibilities include unloading trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages, as well as scanning products during unloading and delivery processes to maintain accurate inventory records. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL required
  • Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
  • Currently hold or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
  • One year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or two years in the last 5 years
  • Three years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
  • English language proficiency as required by federal law
  • Ability to work the required schedule and location
  • Successful completion of background investigation, drug screening and employment application

Job Duties
