Penske offers competitive compensation with an average annual salary of $92,000 along with a $3,000 annual safety bonus and a generous driver referral bonus program that can pay up to $5,000 per referral. Unlike other driving roles, pallet breakdowns are not required, simplifying the delivery process. The job schedule offers multiple shifts, including a favorable 11 pm start time, and there is an additional $200 incentive for picking up an extra day.
