Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Licensed in state of residence
- DOT medical card (current or obtainable)
- Minimum one year recent tractor-trailer experience
- Clean DMV/MVR record with minimal violations
- Compliance with federal and state regulations
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work scheduled shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to safely operate and enter/exit commercial vehicles
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
- Currently hold or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- One year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last three years or two years in the last five years
- Three years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- Ability to follow all federal and state regulations
- English language proficiency required
- Ability to work the required schedule and pass background and drug screening
- Capability to work in a constant state of alertness and adhere to safety protocols
Job Duties
- Deliver palletized groceries to stores
- Maintain professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
- Operate late model Penske trucks with best-in-class comfort features
- Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulations, and company safety guidelines
- Work five day work week with early morning dispatch between 3am to 4am
- Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately
- Participate in company safety and driver recognition programs
