Drivers will deliver palletized groceries to local grocery stores, with no requirement for pallet breakdown, making the role focused and efficient. The schedule offers consecutive days off and an 8 p.m. start time, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Employees enjoy the advantage of being home daily, which is a highly desirable feature for many in the trucking industry.

As part of the Penske team, drivers are not just moving freight; they are representing some of the world's leading brands with a dedication to outstanding customer service and relationship building. Drivers have the opportunity to advance their careers with extensive training options and the flexibility to relocate across numerous nationwide locations. Penske is known for its excellent management, clear communication, and a strong safety record, making it an optimal employer for professional truck drivers. The company also ensures that its associates are rewarded weekly with paychecks every Friday and various incentives to enhance job satisfaction.

This role offers an average annual salary of $94,000 along with a $3,000 safety bonus, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding safe and dependable driving. In addition, Penske provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation and holidays starting from day one, generous retirement plans, exceptional health coverage including medical, dental, and vision, short and long-term disability, life and AD&D insurance, company-provided uniforms, an employee discount program, driver referral bonuses up to $5,000, and a premier driver recognition program. These benefits ensure that employees and their families remain happy, healthy, and secure. Candidates interested in this opportunity will be part of a stable and nationally recognized organization dedicated to professional excellence and driver satisfaction.
