The job also offers a competitive benefits package that begins on day one and includes paid vacation and holidays, generous retirement plans, comprehensive health care coverage (medical, dental, and vision), short and long-term disability, life and AD&D insurance, company-provided uniforms, employee discount programs, a driver referral bonus program of up to $5,000 per referral, a safety incentive program, and a premier driver recognition program.
Penske is proud to be a stable and nationwide company recognized for having the best equipment in the industry, excellent management, clear communication channels, and an outstanding safety record. Drivers are paid every Friday and have the security of working for an employer with a strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous training opportunities.
