The position offers competitive pay at $35 per hour, with overtime available after 40 hours, and a $10,000 retention bonus. Drivers will enjoy a dedicated route primarily focused on servicing automotive dealerships with multi-stop deliveries. As a Penske CDL Class A Truck Driver, you will be responsible for performing multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies, unloading trailers using manual equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks, and accurately scanning products with a scanner during delivery. The role involves completing around 15 stops and 10 transfers per week, utilizing late-model trucks maintained by Penske, equipped with best-in-class specifications designed for driver comfort and safety. Additional safety features include inward and outward facing in-cab cameras, reinforcing Penske’s commitment to a safe working environment.

Penske provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation and holidays starting from day one, generous retirement benefits, excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short and long-term disability along with life and AD&D insurance. Employees also receive company-provided uniforms and safety footwear, have access to an employee discount program, a driver referral bonus program offering up to $5,000 for each successful referral, a safety incentive program, and a premier driver recognition program. These benefits contribute to the overall well-being and job satisfaction of their associates and their families.

Working at Penske means joining a prestigious team of professional truck drivers who are committed to delivering high-quality service. The company values building relationships with accounts and providing exceptional customer service. Drivers represent not just Penske but also the clients they serve, often driving branded trucks and wearing client uniforms. Penske offers opportunities for career growth with abundant training programs and the ability to relocate across their extensive network of locations nationwide. Known for their excellent equipment, effective management, clear communication, and outstanding safety record, Penske is dedicated to ensuring its drivers are supported, compensated fairly with weekly pay, and able to enjoy the benefits of daily home time.
