This full-time opportunity is for Local Class B Delivery Truck Drivers based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. As a Class B CDL driver, you will be responsible for executing multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to retail stores along a dedicated route. The role offers a competitive average annual salary of approximately $68,900 and a Monday through Friday schedule with a 10 PM start time, allowing drivers to be home daily. You will operate late model Penske trucks equipped with best-in-class specifications designed for comfort and safety, including inward and outward facing in-cab cameras to enhance safety measures.

Your primary responsibilities will include performing multi-stop deliveries, unloading trailers using manual pallet jacks and hand trucks, and using scanners to track products during unloading and delivery. This role provides a stable work environment with clear communication and a friendly team atmosphere. Penske’s excellent benefits package further supports drivers with paid vacation and holidays starting from day one, a generous retirement plan, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability, life and AD&D insurance, and additional perks such as company-provided uniforms and safety footwear, driver referral bonuses up to $5,000, and a premier driver recognition program.

Joining Penske means becoming part of a nationwide company committed to safety, professionalism, and customer service excellence. Drivers represent Penske and its clients, often driving client-branded trucks and wearing client uniforms, which emphasizes the importance of relationship-building and maintaining a positive company image. Flexible locations across the country and abundant training options ensure career growth potential.
