The role offers an average annual salary of $77,000, along with a generous $2,000 annual safety bonus and the possibility of earning up to $5,000 for each driver referral through the company’s referral bonus program. Drivers will operate late-model Penske truck leasing vehicles equipped with best-in-class specifications designed for comfort and safety, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras.

As a Class A CDL Truck Driver at Penske, your primary responsibility will be to relay trailers between Lockport, Illinois and Lincoln, Nebraska, typically requiring about two layovers per week. The schedule consists of a four-day work week with a start time of 5pm and Saturdays off, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
