The company is dedicated to delivering efficient business results for market-leading companies by enhancing supply chain visibility and reducing costs. Known for its commitment to innovation and customer service, Penske Logistics offers a rewarding work environment that fosters professional growth and development. As a part of a respected organization with a strong emphasis on safety and quality, employees benefit from working with state-of-the-art equipment and a supportive management team.
This full-time position for Class A CDL Truck Drivers offers an excellent opportunity to join Penske’s professional driving team. The role focuses on performing multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships. Drivers will operate late-model, Penske-maintained trucks that are optimized for comfort and safety, equipped with advanced features like inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras. This position involves an early morning dispatch at 4:30 AM with a typical five-day schedule averaging 40 hours per week that includes weekends off, making it ideal for drivers seeking a work-life balance. One layover per week is also expected. Penske ensures that drivers have the best tools to succeed, including company-provided uniforms and safety footwear, along with the convenience of scanning systems to maintain accurate delivery records.
Penske’s comprehensive benefits package supports drivers and their families with paid vacation and holidays starting day one, generous retirement plans, excellent health care including medical, dental, and vision coverage, and life and disability insurance. Additional perks include an employee discount program, a driver referral bonus program up to $5000 per referral, safety incentive programs, and premier driver recognition programs. This role is regulated by the Department of Transportation and requires drivers to maintain a high standard of safety and responsibility while representing Penske and its clients with professional integrity.
Joining Penske means you are not only driving trucks but also driving your career forward within a stable and nationally recognized company. You will represent some of the world’s leading brands, often driving branded trucks and wearing uniforms that showcase your role as an extension of your clients’ businesses. Penske prioritizes clear communication, consistent pay every Friday, and provides extensive training and mobility across numerous locations nationwide. This opportunity is perfect for motivated individuals committed to excellence in truck driving and who want to be part of a reputable team focused on success and safety.
