With a vast network spanning North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, Penske delivers innovative and efficient supply chain services that help businesses enhance visibility and reduce costs. Known for its commitment to safety, customer service, and professional development, Penske Logistics is a trusted partner for some of the world’s leading brands. The company operates a modern fleet equipped with state-of-the-art technology and safety features, ensuring its drivers have the best tools at their disposal to perform their roles effectively and safely.
We are currently seeking full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our team in Fullerton, California. This opportunity offers competitive pay at $32.80 per hour with overtime available after 40 hours. Our drivers benefit from no-touch freight assignments, meaning you won’t have to manually load or unload freight, which makes your job safer and less physically demanding. You will be driving late-model Penske trucks known for their comfort, safety, and advanced features. Each truck is equipped with inward and outward facing in-cab cameras to enhance safety for everyone on the road.
As a Class A CDL Truck Driver for Penske Logistics, you will be responsible for delivering groceries to local stores, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, and accommodating approximately one overnight stay or layover per month. Your schedule will vary depending on your dispatch assignment, and you will travel to assigned locations where you will work for the duration of that assignment. This role is ideal for drivers looking for stability, excellent equipment, and a company with a strong commitment to safety and career development.
Joining Penske means becoming part of a nationwide team that values clear communication, great management, and a track record of safety excellence. We pay our drivers every Friday and offer extensive training opportunities, enabling you to grow your career in the trucking industry. Whether you’re looking to advance your driving career or seeking a company with a supportive culture, Penske Logistics provides the foundation to succeed and progress.
Our comprehensive benefits package ensures that drivers and their families are well taken care of. From day one, you are eligible for paid vacation and holidays, generous retirement benefits, and excellent healthcare coverage that includes medical, dental, and vision plans. Additional protections such as short and long-term disability insurance as well as life and AD&D insurance are also provided. We equip our drivers with company-provided uniforms and offer an employee discount benefit program alongside a driver referral bonus program that can earn you up to $5,000 per referral. Our safety incentive and premier driver recognition programs celebrate the commitment and performance of our drivers, fostering a positive and rewarding work environment.
Penske Logistics is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to maintaining a safe and supportive workplace. We are looking for qualified candidates who meet the legal requirements for the role, including having a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to comply with federal and state safety regulations. If you are ready to take your driving career to the next level with a nationally recognized company that values its employees and offers a strong pathway for advancement, apply today to become a part of the Penske Logistics team.
