Penske Logistics is currently seeking full-time local Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join their team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role features an average annual salary of $72,800 with a consistent schedule from Sunday through Thursday and a late-night start time of 11:45 PM. Drivers enjoy the unique benefit of being home daily, providing a better work-life balance uncommon in the trucking industry.

The position requires drivers to complete dedicated routes delivering parts and supplies to automotive dealerships, ensuring timely and safe deliveries. Driving late-model, Penske-maintained trucks equipped with the latest safety and comfort features, including in-cab cameras, drivers benefit from superior equipment designed to promote safety and ease of operation. Drivers use manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages to unload trailers and use scanners for accurate product tracking.

In addition to competitive pay, Penske offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation and holidays starting on day one, generous retirement benefits, and excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additional benefits include short and long-term disability insurance, life and AD&D insurance, company-provided uniforms and safety footwear, employee discounts, a robust driver referral bonus program, a safety incentive program, and recognition through the Premier Driver Recognition Program.

This role requires a valid Class A CDL, with a hazmat endorsement being mandatory. Drivers must have a clean and verifiable driving record, a current or the ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card, and meet federal safety regulations including English language proficiency. Critical physical abilities include the capacity to frequently lift and move heavy loads, often up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds, and to operate vehicles safely in a variety of conditions. Penske emphasizes safety and professionalism, expecting its drivers to maintain a high level of alertness and responsibility for their own safety as well as the safety of others on the road.

Penske Logistics values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Drivers will benefit from working for a company known for its clear communication, professional management, and outstanding safety record.
