Job Description

Penske Logistics is a global leader in transportation, warehousing, and freight management solutions, committed to delivering powerful business results for market-leading companies. Operating across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, Penske Logistics leverages a vast network and state-of-the-art technology to increase supply chain visibility and reduce costs. As a division of Penske Corporation, it stands out for innovation, reliability, and exceptional customer service, making it a premier choice for businesses and professionals alike. Penske is dedicated to fostering a work environment that values safety, efficiency, and employee satisfaction, offering stable employment with opportunities for career growth and development.

We are currently seeking full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our team, offering an average annual salary of $80,000. This role is local with the significant benefit of being home daily, providing a balanced work-life experience for our drivers. As a Local Class A CDL Truck Driver at Penske, you will be responsible for operating late-model, Penske-maintained trucks equipped with the latest safety and comfort features, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras. You will be working at various dedicated accounts and shifts locally as needed, delivering parts and supplies primarily to automotive dealerships. Your duties will include performing multi-stop deliveries, unloading trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages, and using a scanner to ensure products are accurately tracked upon unloading and delivery.

The schedule is tied to dispatch times, which vary based on work assignments, but the local nature of the work means you’ll be home daily. This opportunity offers the chance to drive best-in-class trucks designed to enhance driver comfort and safety while representing a reputable and nationally recognized company. Penske is proud of its excellent benefits package, which includes paid vacation and holidays from day one, generous retirement benefits, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, and insurance options including short and long-term disability, life, and AD&D insurance. Drivers also receive company-provided uniforms and safety footwear, access to an employee discount program, a driver referral bonus program of up to $5,000 per referral, safety incentive programs, and the Premier Driver Recognition Program, all contributing to a rewarding work experience.

Joining Penske means becoming part of a team that not only values professionalism and safety but also invests in your career through numerous training opportunities and the possibility to relocate to one of many locations nationwide. We are proud to have a fantastic safety record and clear communication within our teams. Weekly paychecks every Friday and daily home time make this a highly attractive position for experienced truck drivers looking to take their careers to the next level with a stable, nationwide company known for top equipment and supportive management. Are you ready to be a part of Penske? Apply today and fuel your truck-driving career!
