As part of a reputable and stable nationwide company, employees benefit from working with best-in-class equipment and accessing a variety of training and career development opportunities. Penske Logistics stands out not just for its iconic yellow trucks but also for its professional culture that values teamwork, integrity, and excellence.
The current opening is for full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers offering an average annual salary of $120,000 along with a $10,000 retention bonus. This position is travel-intensive, requiring drivers to be on the road up to 100 percent of the time, often staying 2 to 3 weeks at various regional locations depending on assignments. Drivers will operate late model, Penske-maintained trucks equipped with best-in-class specifications designed to maximize comfort and safety, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras. The role involves multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships, requiring skills such as using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, rolling cages, and scanners for product tracking.
Work schedules are variable and based on dispatch and assignment demands, and drivers will be required to work from assigned locations for the duration of their periods on the job. Penske supports its drivers with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation and holidays from day one, excellent health care coverage including medical, dental, and vision, and generous retirement benefits. Other benefits afforded to drivers include short and long-term disability, life and AD & D insurance, company-provided uniforms and safety footwear, an employee discount program, a driver referral bonus program up to $5,000 per referral, a safety incentive program, as well as premier driver recognition awards.
