The position of Driver - Supply Chain Management (SCM) at Core-Mark is a vital role within the company, responsible for the safe and timely delivery of food and food-related products. It involves operating tractor-trailers or straight trucks on a variety of routes including intrastate, interstate, local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight drive and drop routes. Drivers must adhere to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations while maintaining professional communications with customers, vendors, and co-workers. The role is designed to support Core-Mark’s essential work in America’s food distribution system by ensuring that products reach customers efficiently and safely.

Drivers at Core-Mark can expect a structured work week from Monday to Friday, with early morning dispatch times between 3:00 am and 6:00 am, and weekends off, helping maintain a healthy work-life balance. The pay for drivers starts at a minimum of $1350 per week, with the potential to earn $70,000 or more annually, depending on meeting minimum weekly requirements.
