Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- 6+ months tractor/trailer driving experience
- valid CDL-A license
- minimum age of 21 years
- meet all state licensing and certification requirements
- valid current DOT Health Card or ability to secure one
- ability to hand-lift and use equipment to move or stack product cases weighing 10-90 pounds

Job Duties
- Drive tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, shuttle, overnight, and drive and drop routes for food delivery
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers ensuring accurate and timely responses
- Perform pre and post-trip safety inspections on tractor, truck, and trailer in compliance with DOT regulations
- Follow all DOT regulations and company driving policies, reporting safety hazards immediately
- Inspect trailer for properly loaded and secured freight and perform count checks against customer invoices
- Complete all required freight paperwork accurately and legibly
- Load and unload products, transport items into designated storage areas, and manage customer returns
- Verify delivery with customer and obtain signatures, collecting payments as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tractor, loading dock, and trailers
- Complete daily log of hours of service in compliance with DOT and company policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support company operations
