We are currently seeking full-time Local Class B Delivery Truck Drivers to join our team at the Little Rock, Arkansas location. This role offers a competitive average annual salary of $60,528 and includes a comprehensive benefits package that begins from day one. Drivers will work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, starting with a 3:30 AM dispatch, and will have the advantage of being home daily due to the dedicated routes. Drivers will operate late model Penske Truck Leasing trucks, equipped with best-in-class specifications for comfort, safety, and efficiency. These vehicles include inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.
As a Class B Delivery Truck Driver, your primary responsibility will be to perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships. Routes usually involve four stops and one transfer, requiring efficient unloading of trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages. Accuracy is essential in this position, as drivers are expected to scan products meticulously using the provided scanner during unloading and delivery.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class B CDL airbrake endorsement
- Must be domiciled and licensed in the United States
- At least 1 year documented relevant commercial vehicle driving experience
- Clean DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents in last 3 years
- Ability to follow federal and state laws and regulations
- Proficient in English
- Must complete background check and drug screening
- Physically able to lift up to 50lbs regularly and 100lbs occasionally
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday schedule
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Able to work safely and alert at all times
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement
- 1 year of documented commercial vehicle driving experience in the last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- Ability to obtain or currently hold a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work the required schedule and maintain regular attendance
- Compliance with company background investigation and drug screening
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and accept responsibility for safety
Job Duties
- Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
