Penske prioritizes the health, happiness, and security of its associates and their families.
The company fosters a professional and inclusive work environment where truck drivers are recognized not only for their driving skills but also for their customer service and relationship-building abilities. Drivers represent both Penske and their clients, often operating branded trucks and wearing client uniforms, emphasizing the importance of professionalism and pride in the work. Penske offers ongoing training opportunities and the possibility to relocate to other cities, supporting career growth and development.
The position is regulated by the Department of Transportation and requires compliance with federal and state laws, ensuring a safe and responsible work environment.
