This opportunity is for full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers at Penske Logistics, specifically located in Bolingbrook, Illinois. The role features an average annual salary of $75,972, with additional scanning and safety incentives available up to $6,200. Drivers benefit from a home-daily schedule running Tuesday through Saturday with an early morning start time, on dedicated routes that ensure predictability and work-life balance.
In this role, drivers will perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships. Responsibilities include unloading the trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages while efficiently scanning products to maintain accuracy and inventory control. Drivers operate late-model, Penske-maintained trucks equipped with the latest safety and comfort features. These trucks have inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras to enhance safety for the driver and others on the road.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Class A CDL
- current DOT medical card
- minimum 1 year tractor-trailer experience
- clean driving record
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally
- legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- work Tuesday through Saturday with early AM start
- undergo background check and drug screening
- comply with all DOT and company safety regulations
- English proficiency
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required
- applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
- currently hold or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- follow all federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules
- regular, predictable, full attendance
- English language proficiency
- pass background investigation and drug screening
- ability to work safely in a constant state of alertness
Job Duties
