This job opportunity is for full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers based in Coppell, Texas, with an average annual salary of $105,000. The role requires drivers to have a Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hiring, as well as the ability to follow a dedicated route to ensure home daily schedules. As a Penske driver, you will operate modern, well-maintained trucks leased from Penske Truck Leasing, featuring the latest comfort specifications and safety technology such as inward and outward facing in-cab cameras. The vehicles driven will be day cabs with 53-foot automatic trailers.
In this touch freight position, drivers will deliver auto parts on a dedicated NAPA route, averaging 35 delivery stops and 15 transfers each week. Cargo is handled using equipment like EPJ, manual pallet jacks, hand carts, and totes. Drivers are expected to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers, ensuring excellent service and fostering strong client relationships. The schedule is consistent from Monday night through Saturday morning, with dispatch starting at 8:30 PM to enable daily return home.

Job Requirements
- Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days of hire
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Must legally operate motor vehicle and enter and exit vehicle and cargo area safely
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs regularly and up to 100lbs occasionally
- Work at specific location required
- Complete background investigation including past employment, education, and criminal history
- Pass drug screening
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness
- Follow all federal, state, and agency laws and regulations
- Accept responsibility for own safety and safety of others
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
- Currently hold or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work a Monday night through Saturday morning schedule
- Ability to operate motor vehicle safely and consistently
- Compliance with Penske safety and employment standards
