This full-time position is for Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers based in Swedesboro, NJ. Drivers are offered an average annual salary of $90,543 with a Monday through Friday schedule, ensuring that employees can return home daily. This role features dedicated routes and late-model, Penske-maintained trucks built with the latest safety and comfort specifications. Drivers will use technology such as scanners and in-cab cameras to maintain product and road safety. The position includes performing multi-stop deliveries, unloading trailers with manual equipment, and interacting with customers professionally to ensure timely and safe delivery of parts and supplies.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Class A CDL
- 1 year tractor-trailer experience
- valid DOT medical card
- clean driving record
- pass background check and drug test
- physical ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100lbs
- ability to see and hear
- ability to frequently enter and exit vehicle and cargo area
- comply with Department of Transportation regulations
- English language proficiency
- ability to work Monday through Friday standard schedule
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
- currently hold or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- English language proficiency
- ability to work required schedule and location
- complete employment application and submit to background investigation and drug screening
- ability to work in a safe manner and accept responsibility for safety of self and others
Job Duties
- Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to customers
- unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
- use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
- complete 5 to 6 stops per route
- operate late model, Penske maintained trucks with best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety
- comply with safety procedures including use of inward and outward facing in-cab cameras
- maintain excellent customer service and build relationships with accounts
