Employees benefit from company-provided uniforms and safety footwear, an employee discount program, and a driver referral bonus program that can yield up to $5,000 per referral. Recognizing outstanding performance is a priority, with safety incentive programs and the Premier Driver Recognition Program acknowledging drivers’ contributions to the company’s success.
