This job opportunity is for full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers who will play a crucial role in managing the transportation of beverage products. It offers an average annual salary of $86,000 with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacations, holidays from day one, health care coverage, and retirement benefits, among others. Drivers will operate late-model Penske trucks with best-in-class specifications designed for comfort and equipped with safety-oriented technology such as inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras. The role demands travel up to 100 percent and involves 4 to 5 layovers per week, working Sunday through Thursday with a 5 AM start time.

The driving responsibilities include making 15 to 20 multi-stop deliveries per week, primarily no-touch, drop and hook deliveries of beverage products to customers. Drivers are expected to maintain professionalism and courteous interactions with customers, reinforcing Penske’s emphasis on customer service and relationship building. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Class A CDL driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain necessary medical certification
  • 1 to 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Clean driving record with minimal violations
  • Ability to meet federal and state driving regulations
  • English proficiency for safety compliance
  • Pass employment application, background check and drug test
  • Ability to work schedule and at required location
  • Capacity to lift and move up to 100 lbs
  • Physical ability to enter and exit vehicle and cargo area
  • Strong attention to safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL required
  • Licensed in state of residence and domiciled in the U.S.
  • Hold or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
  • 1 year tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years
  • 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
  • Ability to follow federal and state laws and company policies
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work full schedule and pass background check and drug screening
  • Ability to operate vehicle safely and remain alert
  • Ability to accept responsibility for personal and others' safety

Job Duties
