This company prides itself on its strong community presence, focus on employee well-being, and a culture that promotes professional development and growth.

We are currently offering immediate full-time opportunities for local Class A CDL truck drivers at our Fife, Washington location. This role provides a competitive hourly wage of $36.08, with overtime pay applicable after 40 hours. These trucks feature best-in-class specifications aimed to enhance both comfort and safety, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras for added security.

The position involves delivering essential medical supplies to hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers, playing a crucial role in patient care and community health. Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with customers is essential to the role, reinforcing Penske's reputation for excellent customer service. The schedule requires flexibility to serve healthcare providers in various communities, typically involving dispatch hours from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Penske offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation and holidays starting from day one, generous retirement plans, excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as short and long-term disability, life, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Additional perks include company-provided uniforms and safety footwear, an employee discount benefit program, a safety incentive program, a driver referral bonus of up to $5000 per referral, and a premier driver recognition program. This robust package is designed to keep associates and their families happy, healthy, and secure.

Why choose Penske? Joining Penske means becoming part of a professional team dedicated to safety, reliability, and superior customer service, hauling freight for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Beyond driving, this role offers career growth through extensive training opportunities and nationwide locations for potential relocation. Penske is a stable, nationwide company known for quality equipment, excellent management, clear communication, and a stellar safety record. Employees are paid every Friday, fostering financial stability, and most drivers enjoy returning home daily—an unparalleled benefit in the trucking industry.
