The company values its associates and offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities aimed at fostering long-term careers.

This full-time opportunity is for a local Class A CDL Truck Driver based in Richmond, Virginia. The role offers an attractive annual salary averaging $91,884 and features a Monday through Friday schedule with home daily, ideal for those seeking consistent work-life balance. Drivers will operate late-model trucks leased from Penske Truck Leasing, outfitted with best-in-class specifications designed for maximum comfort and safety. These vehicles come equipped with both inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras to ensure the safety of the driver and the cargo at all times.

These duties require physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. The position starts in the afternoon with predictable scheduling that allows drivers to enjoy their evenings at home daily.

Penske’s comprehensive benefits package includes paid vacation and holidays from day one, generous retirement plans, and excellent health care coverage that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance. Additional benefits include short and long-term disability coverage, life and AD&D insurance, company-provided uniforms, employee discounts, a driver referral bonus program with rewards up to $5,000 per referral, safety incentives, and a premier driver recognition program.

Working for Penske means being part of a professional, nationwide company known for its outstanding equipment, strong management, clear communication, and exemplary safety record. Drivers at Penske not only deliver freight for some of the world’s leading brands but also build meaningful relationships with their clients and represent the company’s high standards.
