This role offers an immediate full-time opportunity for Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers at Penske Logistics. The position provides an average annual salary of $75,972, with additional performance incentives available up to $10,400 annually, as well as a $10,000 retention bonus. The primary responsibility of the Class A CDL Truck Driver will involve covering various routes and assignments as required. Drivers will perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies specifically to automotive dealerships, ensuring that the transportation process maintains high standards of safety and efficiency. Drivers will be responsible for unloading trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages, and will utilize scanners to track products during unloading and delivery.
The role features a variable dispatch schedule depending on work assignments, with the paramount advantage of being home daily. Drivers will operate late-model, Penske-maintained trucks designed with best-in-class specifications aimed at driver comfort and safety. These trucks are equipped with inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras to contribute to a safe driving environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid Class A CDL license
- current DOT medical card
- minimum 1 year tractor-trailer experience
- clean driving record
- ability to pass background check
- pass drug screening
- legal eligibility to work in U.S.
- ability to physically lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 100 lbs
- ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required
- domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence
- currently hold or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- English language proficiency required
- work the required schedule and location
- complete background check and drug screening
- ability to work safely and remain alert during duties
